The extender will come with a white pearl at the end and with a clasp that you can attach to any of your necklaces. You can also let me know what color pearl you'd like by emailing me at margieedwardsjewelry@wi.rr.com or in the comment area at checkout. The pearl colors are white, gray, and brown.
