RETURNS

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your jewelry, I will gladly issue an exchange or a return for the full amount paid within 30 days of the purchase. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition - unworn and with tags. Please package in the original box and with a padded envelope, so no damage happens during shipping. 

Margie Edwards Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

CREDITS

Credit will be issued in the same form they were paid once the return is received. Email margieedwardsjewelry@gmail.com to receive a shipping label for exchanges and returns; shipping labels are free for exchanges and $7.95 for returns.

Free first class shipping on all orders $50.00 and over. Takes 3 to 4 business days. Free shipping on returns in the US.

For exchanges, there is no charge to return the item, and the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. For returns, there is a $7.95 shipping fee per package with our label.
